No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Because all our designs are all either one-of -a kind or made to order, we are unable to accommodate returns. However, we recognize how difficult it is to purchase jewelry without trying it on. We are happy to send additional photos and details, talk through, or even Zoom or FaceTime with you about a particular item prior to purchasing.

If you need anything sized after purchase, we will make it happen.

Typical production time is 2-4 weeks EXCLUDING Draper Rings which can take up to 6 weeks.


Shipping is free with your order. 

Overnight or 2 day shipping via FedEx or UPS is only available within the United States. All packages are insured and require an adult signature upon receipt. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer liable. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If you live outside the U.S. please contact us for shipping options.

Please inspect your jewelry carefully. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately.


While some designers are very absolute about making changes to their pieces, I am open to it. 

I believe at the end of the day my clients know best how they live in their RJD jewelry. Whether it’s as simple as shortening or lengthening a chain, or as complex as building something from scratch, I will work with you to achieve something special.
